It includes a bathroom of nerly 9 m2 covered with dark grey ceramic tiles and complements in red. The room and bathroom both contain large windows with shutters which allow for ventilation directly to the outside. |

| All the bedrooms and baths have heating. The beds are provided with sprung bed base, mattress (and its protection), pillows (and their protection), bed sheets and a minimum of two blankets.
